The Velaslavasay Panorama is a multi-media art center and garden located in a 1910 neighborhood movie theater, one of the oldest (check) in Los Angeles. A combined effort of Sara Velas, the founder and artistic director of the Velaslavasay Panorama, and Andrew Vesselinovitch, the neighborhood mapping project - in process - is intended to connect visitors to both physically and emotionally close people and places. In some instances, time and location are not barriers - sympathy is the connection.
